Dotgix Technologies (operating via dotgix.com) provides custom software development, digital engineering, and technology consulting services. All project deliverables, codebases, digital assets, and related services are delivered entirely electronically.
We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute physical goods through dotgix.com. Therefore, no physical shipping takes place, and no physical tracking numbers are issued. All references to "shipping" or "delivery" on our website, invoices, or payment gateways strictly refer to the electronic transfer or deployment of digital assets and software solutions.

Unlike instant software subscriptions, our custom services are delivered according to the specific timelines, milestones, and project scopes agreed upon in the client’s individual contract or Service Level Agreement (SLA). Dotgix Technologies grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and interact with the DotgixRestro software environment based on their verified system role:
Reverse-engineering, bulk data-scraping, unauthorized API injections, or launching denial-of-service vectors against any tenant domain within the DotgixRestro grid will result in immediate permanent system ban and civil litigation.
Interacting with the DotgixRestro architecture, submitting account credentials, triggering orders, or sending emails constitutes formal electronic communication. You consent to receive platform operations alerts, system dispatch records, and transaction updates electronically via automated in-app push messages, SMS alerts, or system-generated emails.
You agree that Dotgix Technologies carries no liability or operational responsibility for fraudulent correspondence originating from communication channels, domains, or phone lines not officially owned or explicitly indexed on our main commercial website.
The total structural framework of the DotgixRestro ecosystem—including but not limited to database architecture schemas, front-end design systems, source code variants, multi-tenant network routers, algorithmic distribution engines, iconography, and digital graphic assets—remains the exclusive property of Dotgix Technologies. All rights are protected by international copyright, trademark, and proprietary software protection frameworks.
Restaurant Partners retain proprietary rights only over their independent user-uploaded menu photos, brand logos, and custom localized descriptive copy. You may not publish, modify, or commercially distribute platform elements without explicit written software release documentation executed by our executive office.
Restaurant Partners utilizing DotgixRestro agree to maintain clear operational billing profiles. SaaS subscription dues, transactional platform fees, and payment channel processing distributions are executed dynamically according to active contract schedules.
Dotgix Technologies reserves the right to freeze dashboard accessibility, route incoming client orders away from store pipelines, or permanently suspend tenant instances if balance payments or platform utilization invoicing parameters fall into arrears. Suspended accounts require clearing all past due structures before platform operational lines are safely re-provisioned by Superadmins.
To maintain operational health and avoid marketplace compliance flags, the following rules apply to fulfillment cycles:
Users across all authentication classes (Superadmins, Restaurant Owners, Staff Accounts, Clients, and Riders) assume full responsibility for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of their respective passwords, API authorization tokens, and active profile access channels.
You agree to hold Dotgix Technologies harmless for any multi-tenant data leaks, financial extractions, or security events resulting from user negligence, compromised local physical devices, or shared staff access passwords at the branch level.
The DotgixRestro multi-tenant platform and all associated web and mobile application endpoints are provided on an "as is" and "as available" operational basis. Dotgix Technologies explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that: server connection speeds or database query responses will be uninterrupted or error-free; that tenant data will never undergo hosting facility network anomalies; or that consumer demand tracking parameters will accurately predict localized merchant order volumes. Software optimization cycles, infrastructure upgrades, or cloud server reboots may cause temporary offline states across tenant frameworks.
In no event shall Dotgix Technologies, its engineering core, subsidiaries, officers, or platform distribution partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, commercial operational downtime, kitchen revenue drops, data corruption, food handling claims, or physical vehicular accidents occurring during rider transit.
CRITICAL NOTICE: The use of stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent credit cards/digital wallets on our system is strictly prohibited. We work closely with cybercrime and state security authorities to trace telemetry markers, location records, and system logs to pursue and prosecute fraudulent actions under applicable law.
For platform safety, quality assurance, and system optimization, we reserve the right to monitor and archive cross-network data packages, support requests, and multi-party text communications routed through our internal chat and notification networks. Communications are safely isolated and archived for durations necessary to meet regulatory records keeping frameworks.
DotgixRestro leverages browser cookies, encrypted storage parameters, local device application storage variables, and secure geolocation tokens to manage multi-tenant permissions, preserve state choices, and optimize system routing profiles. Disabling these baseline operational dependencies within your local web client or device terminal options may render the software entirely unusable.
We reserve the structural right to update, adjust, or completely rewrite these Conditions of Use at any given interval to support structural application deployments or legal shifts. Continued platform usage across any portal role following such revisions indicates explicit, binding agreement to the updated rules. If any specific provision within this framework is declared invalid or legally unenforceable, that single provision shall be isolated, and the validity and legal power of all remaining clauses will remain untouched.
