Dotgix Technologies ("we", "us", "our") owns and operates the DotgixRestro platform, a multi-tenant restaurant software ecosystem. This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protecting the data privacy of all individuals interacting with our ecosystem.
This policy applies globally to all components of our service network, including but not limited to: our corporate marketing website, the DotgixRestro Superadmin control center, individual Restaurant Partner administration dashboards, the customer-facing client web/mobile applications ("Client App"), and the logistical distribution/courier mobile applications ("Rider App").
Platform: The complete multi-tenant digital framework known as DotgixRestro, including web interfaces, APIs, and mobile applications.
Restaurant Partner (Admin): Independent food service operators, merchants, or branch managers utilizing DotgixRestro tenants to configure menus, handle pricing, manage order fulfillments, and oversee internal store configurations.
Client (Consumer): Individual end-users accessing the public-facing application architecture to browse menus, place food or beverage orders, and schedule fulfillments.
Rider (Delivery Partner): Third-party or restaurant-employed courier logistics personnel utilizing our specialized delivery application to accept dispatch contracts and transport orders from stores to client addresses.
Superadmin: Internal engineering, platform operations, and support staff at Dotgix Technologies managing cloud infrastructure, system-wide health, tenant provisions, and cross-network operational routing.

Rider Application Background Notice: The DotgixRestro Rider mobile application collects precise, real-time geographical coordinates even when the app is closed, running in the background, or not actively in use on screen. This background data processing is mandatory to calculate transit distance matrices, allocate order invitations, optimize delivery matching algorithms, and display continuous, real-time tracking updates to Clients awaiting active deliveries.
Clients only provide location data during active use of the Client Application to identify nearby restaurants or select delivery addresses. We do not track Client locations in the background.
Dotgix Technologies uses data processed across DotgixRestro for the following infrastructure and core operations:
DotgixRestro is engineered around a secure multi-tenant model. This means your data is logically isolated from other businesses hosted on our system. We share data strictly across the platform pipelines to complete orders:
When a Client submits an order, relevant delivery data is securely forwarded to the specific Restaurant Partner dashboard to prepare the meal, and subsequently to the assigned Rider to handle fulfillment. Dotgix Technologies does not sell or trade operational data records to unrelated external marketing organizations.
Every Client, Restaurant Partner, and Rider retains the right to modify or delete their personal profile. If you choose to terminate your relationship with our platform, you can submit a structural account teardown directly through your application profile panel or by contacting our infrastructure privacy office.
Upon verified request execution, Dotgix Technologies will completely scrub personal identity records from production databases within 30 days. Please note that transactional histories, order invoices, and rider performance metrics will be retained in aggregated, non-identifiable archives to comply with legal tax reporting obligations.
We employ industry-standard security frameworks to prevent unlawful access or data alterations across our multi-tenant infrastructure. Web traffic across all terminals is encrypted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols, and passwords or sensitive tokens are secured using cryptographic hashing algorithms.
However, because no digital data transit can be guaranteed 100% secure, users assume calculated operational risks. We advise protecting your access credentials and avoiding sharing account authentication tokens outside the official platform apps.
The DotgixRestro platform is not designed for, targeted toward, or intended to collect data from minors under the age of 13. If we discover that a user under 13 has inadvertently provided personal information, we will purge that record immediately from our systems.
Dotgix Technologies reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect software updates or legal updates. When changes are made, we will update the effective revision date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated via in-app alerts 30 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the apps following updates constitutes your formal agreement to the updated policy.
